SmartCuffs4.0血流限制训练智慧型袖带(BFR)(SmartCuffs4.0 Blood Flow Restriction Cuff with Pump), 是广受欢迎的血流限制(BFR)产品的第四代型号。血流限制( blood flow restriction,BFR )是一种训练和康复的策略,包括在运动过程中使用放置在肢体周围的袖带或带状物,以维持动脉血流流入肌肉,同时防止静脉血流回流(静脉阻塞)。伴随着肌肉体积增大( Hypertrophy ),增强肌肉力量、心血管容量增加以及生长激素 (GH)、胰岛素样生长因子 (IGF-1)(也可能是睾酮)短暂提升,从而进一步支持肌肉修复与生长。
