Minnesota明尼苏达手灵巧度评定
Minnesota明尼苏达手灵巧度评定（MMDT）这种标准化测试可以衡量快速的眼-手-手指运动。
此测试主要评估被测试者快速眼手协调性及臂手灵活度。
整个测试包括放置测试、转向测试、置换测试、单手转向及放置测试和双手转向和放置测试这5项分测试。每个测试被重复至多4次。完成一次测试后，测试板必须重置以便进行下一次测试。每一次测试用秒将会被记录在得分表中。最终分数是所有测试所得分数的总和。每次测试开始前由测试者下指令：“将手放在第一个圆板上。准备，开始！”每一次测试中，圆板上所有的小孔都必须被正确填满。被测试者在测试过程中保持站立姿态。
特有两种不同测试可用来衡量精细的运动灵敏性。在每个测试中要将双面上色的小圆盘翻转，移动并放置在指定位置。折叠板和60个测试零件使用耐用塑料制造。折叠板方便存储和携带。一个塑料手提箱，内含评估说明和标准数据。
