洛文斯顿 (Loewenstein) 作业疗法认知评定（Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment，LOTCA ）套装是以色列希伯来大学和洛文斯顿康复医院联合研制的检测脑损伤认知功能的工具，旨在获取详细的认知状况为介入治疗的管理和维持提供有效的计划，是目前作业疗法中较为系统的评定方法，与其他方法相比，具有信度与效度高，用时少等优点，在西方国家被广泛应用于脑外伤、脑血管疾病的患者，以及健康儿童、成人及老年人的认知功能评定。LOTCA认知评定套装是专业针对脑损伤患者的标准化认知评定方法，既可以在患者进行OT训练前做功能评估，也可以作为OT的一项，进行作业训练，并随时检测康复效果。LOTCA套装的应用对象包括脑卒中患者，脑外伤患者或其他神经损伤患者等等，也可以用作对精神病患者和老年病患者的认知障碍的评测。目前业已证明，洛文斯顿 (Loewenstein) 作业疗法认知评定（LOTCA ）套装，在我国应用于脑外伤、脑卒中、脑肿瘤等疾病具有良好的信度、效度和敏感度。洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定(LOTCA)套装亦可用于评估识别 2型糖尿病老年患者的早期认知功能损害，并可区分损害的严重程度。
同时包含曾用于开发原始洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定系列的研究结果和一个动态组件通过对其使用来提供衡量学习潜能和识别思考策略的能力。使治疗师能够确认测试者对他/她的环境和认知障碍的认知水平。
洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定标准版（DLOTCA™）是为18 - 69周岁的测试者所设计。它由7个认知领域: 定向、意识、视知觉、空间知觉、动作运用、视运动组织和思维操作的28项子测验组成。
洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定老年版（DLOTCA-G™）是为70周岁及以上的测试者所特别设计。DLOTCA-G™根据老年测试者的生理和心理特点，提供更大的组件，简化图像细节，增加多项选择题，缩短测试时间。由8个认知领域: 定向、意识、视知觉、空间知觉、动作运用、视运动组织、思维操作和记忆的24项子测验组成。
洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定儿童版（DLOTCA-CH™）可以对6 - 12岁有特殊需要的儿童的认知评估和学习潜力进行测试。它由5个认知领域: 定向、空间知觉、动作运用、视运动组织和思维操作的22项子测验组成。每个子测验有一个结构化的5步调解选项。对短期记忆和动作运动的评估包括在视运动组织领域之内。
每个版本都是为了给认知评定提供标准化的测试程序，为系统数据收集建立标准。已发表的研究可按照客户要求定制。
